We gently walk through:

  • How the 12-step framework works
  • What to expect in meetings
  • Simple emotional grounding tools
  • How to participate at your own pace

🌿 Women’s Support Meeting

Tuesdays – 11:00 AM EST

A consistent, grounding space for women seeking emotional support, reflection, and connection.

This meeting offers:

  • Emotional check-in and sharing
  • Gentle 12-step guidance
  • Support from others on a similar healing path
  • A calm, non-judgmental environment

You don’t need to prepare anything or speak if you don’t want to.

Many people simply listen at first — and still experience relief, clarity, and a sense of connection just by being present.

This is a space where healing can happen gently and gradually.
