ABOUT

Mental Health Anonymous was created with one simple truth in mind:

Healing is not just psychological — it is deeply human, emotional, and spiritual.

We are a holistic support space for those seeking grounding, clarity, and inner alignment through natural, reflective practices.

We believe that when people slow down, reconnect, and return to presence — something begins to shift.

Our weekly WhatsApp gatherings include:

  • guided meditation
  • affirmations for re-centering the mind
  • 12-step inspired reflection work
  • honest sharing and listening
  • emotional grounding practices

There is no pressure to be perfect here.
Only an invitation to be present.

This is a space for those rebuilding from within — one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

Fundraiser for Yad Hashem

Alongside this work, we also support meaningful outreach through our fundraiser for Yad Hashem.

This initiative is part of our broader commitment to care, healing, and community support beyond just our own meetings.

If you feel moved to contribute or learn more, you can support the fundraiser here:

👉 Give A Second Chance At Life

This initiative is dedicated to my brother Oren, who is currently struggling with the effects of the mental health system and is still seeking the support and healing he needs.

His story is part of what inspired this work and our desire to create a more compassionate, holistic path forward for those struggling with mental health challenges. Through Yad Hashem, we hope to bring greater awareness, support, and healing to individuals and families navigating these experiences — including, hopefully, Oren himself. 💙

Mental Health Anonymous is a holistic peer support community. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.

If you are in immediate crisis, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
